Letter from Gary Price
June 5
Hello Meeting Registrants,
To the right are links to forms and information handouts for our annual meeting at Nemacolin.
The optional tour for Wednesday is a whitewater rafting adventure.
A new optional activity for Thursday morning has been added.
We added this activity to give DTA spouses and family members a chance to get to know each other in a
special environment. The activity will be a cooking demonstration by Nemacolin's Chef Eric Neal.
You'll enjoy tasting portions of each course and will receive recipe cards.
The cooking demonstration will take place at Nemacolin's state of the art kitchen.
On Thursday afternoon you will have several sports opportunities along with an optional tour.
Two sports tournaments will be held. Golf and tennis event registration forms are included in the packet.
The optional tour is of two famous Frank Lloyd Wright houses, Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob.
Immediately following the golf and tennis tournaments there will be a reception at the golf facility.
Food and drink will be available for the sports awards ceremony.
All attendees are welcome to attend the reception and awards.
Catch the shuttle or take a refreshing walk to the golf club.
On Friday afternoon after the close of the educational program we will have a special treat for all attendees.
A special Mountain Picnic is planned. This will take place on the property at the Mountain Lodge.
Lunch will be provided along with games and activities. We will be sending more information about this exciting event.
(The picnic and planned activities are included in your general registration fee).
Details about the planned activities for children and young adults will be forthcoming in the next couple of weeks.
For children up to age 12 we have use of Nemacolin's childcare facility from 5:30 -10:30 on Tuesday and Friday nights
so you can attend our "adult" dinners without worrying about child care.
The cost for your child to attend this "night camp" is included in your registration.
For young adults, there will be special events on Tuesday and Friday nights.
There will be no additional costs for these events.
We'll also be updating the web-site with information on the coming activities. Stay tuned.
In addition to the planned group activities, the resort offers a large number of activities that cover a wide range of interests.
See the "Additional Nemacolin Activity" link to the right, or go directly to www.nemacolin.com.

We look forward to seeing you at Nemacolin for the DTA Annual Meeting.
Sincerely,
Gary W. Price
