Because of the great program, we are anticipating a large attendance, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.
In making your reservations please note the following changes for 2010.
- The opening session for 2010 will occur at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, November 2nd.
This is a change from our usual format! Our business meeting will take place prior to the opening reception and dinner.
- Our meeting will end at 10:30 am on Friday, November 5th. This will allow time for east coast travel on Friday.
- Rooms are available if you wish to arrive earlier than November 2nd and if you wish to stay for the weekend after the meeting.
The same rates will apply.
The room rates for our meeting are $248 for a regular guest room.
Regency Club rooms are $308.
Also available are a limited number of Penthouse Suites at the rate of $418. The daily resort fee is included in the room rate.

DEADLINES: Hyatt Grand Champions Resort group rate and DTA’s Annual Meeting "Early Bird Special" Registration deadline is October 1, 2010.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received before October 12th entitles registrant to a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
Those received between October 12th and October 27th
will receive a 50% refund.
After October 27th or for no-shows, there will be no refund.
DRESS CODE: All events are Resort Casual. You won't need a tie!
Sweaters and light jackets are suggested for evening events and air conditioned meeting rooms.
CLIMATE: Weather should be perfect. Indian Wells, located on the western slopes of the Coachella Valley,
is sheltered by the San Bernardino Mountains to the north, the Santa Rosa Mountains to the south,
by the San Jacinto Mountains to the west and by the Little San Bernardino Mountains to the east.
The average climate in October/November is a
high of 80 degrees and a low of 60 degrees and almost zero precipitation.
PARKING: Parking at the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort for DTA Members and Guests is complimentary.
HOTEL CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 12 noon.

DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORTS:
From Palm Springs Airport (15 miles):
Turn left on El Cielo Rd., Left on Ramon until you reach Interstate 10 traveling East; turn Right on Cook Street.
Turn Left on Hwy 111, then Left on Indian Wells Lane.
From Ontario Airport (approximately 85 miles):
Take Archibald Avenue to I-10 East. Exit on Cook. Turn Left on Hwy 111, then left on Indian Wells Lane.
From LAX (approximately 140 miles):
As you exit the terminal turn Right, take the 105 Fwy East, exit 605 Fwy North, Exit Hwy 60 East to I-10 East.
Exit on Cook, then turn Right onto Cook St. Turn Left on Hwy 111, then Left on Indian Wells Lane.
DIRECTIONS FROM SURROUNDING AREAS:
From Phoenix and Points East:
Take I-10 West toward Los Angeles, and cross into California.
Take Washington Street exit, and turn left onto Varner Rd. then left on Washington Street.
Turn right onto CA-111 North, and follow until Indian Wells Lane. Make Right turn onto Indian Wells Lane.
From San Diego and Points South:
Take CA-163 North toward Escondido. Merge onto I-15 North. Stay on I-15 North until I-215 North,
then exit Hwy 60 East to I-10 East towards Indio. Take the Cook Street exit off I-10,
turn Right onto Cook Street, then Left on CA-111 South, then Left on Indian Wells Lane.
From Points North:
Take US-395 South. Merge onto I-15 South toward San Bernardino.
Keep left to take I-215 South toward San Bernardino/Indio. Continue to the I-10 East towards Indio.
Take the Cook Street exit, turn Right onto Cook Street, then Left on CA-111 South, then Left on Indian Wells Lane.
