DTA members exhibit as a group at international dental shows, including the IDS Meeting in Cologne, the IDEM show in Singapore, the Milan DentalExpo and the FDI Meeting. Companies exhibiting at these shows receive premium booth locations, translators for the meeting, and an enhanced DTA/North American presence on the show floor.

DTA and Koelnmesse Inc. have asked me to assist all DTA companies again in their preparation for IDS 2009 (March 24-28, 2009). I will provide you with all the needed USA Pavilion paperwork, US Pavilion Service Manual Information (online) as well as information on shipping your merchandise, hotel or any other questions. I am working closely on this project with Darrin Stern and George van Brenk from the IDS US Marketing Office.

Here are some details:

1) USA PAVILION PRICING AND AMENITIES
DTA members exhibiting in the USA Pavilion at IDS will enjoy a discounted rate of $665 per square meter (Non Members: $682)

Booth Sizes start at 9 square meters. The amenities will be the same as at IDS DTA/USA Pavilion in 2007:

An exhibitor in the DTA/U.S. Pavilion receives:

• Fully furnished booth with US Graphic elements, electricity, lighting and company sign
• Booth cleaning
• Use of Common Lounge area with snacks and beverages
• Shared interpreter services
• Promotion of DTA/U.S. Pavilion to international trade attendees and press
• Assistance before and during the show

NOTE: Credit Cards are now accepted. A deposit of 50% is due with submitting the contract.


2) LOCATION
As during IDS 2007, the USA Pavilion will again be located in hall 4.2. at the same location.

3) TIME LINE AND BOOTH SELECTION
We are currently collecting space contracts and the first floor plan will be available soon. Companies will be offered space on a "first come - first service" basis. The request of past exhibitors to maintain same position as previous show will be considered.

With this e-mail all DTA members are receiving IDS USA Pavilion information ahead of the regular notice which will be sent out by end of March to all other prospects.
