Held annually in Chicago immediately preceding the Preview Show, conference themes center on global issues that

Michael Donohoe Vice President, Danaher Corporation in Washington D.C.
Currently the vice president of Danaher’s 2 billion dollar dental products division, Michael Donohoe
manages the global acquisition and partnering activities in this fragmented, high growth industry.
Dental is the newest of the Danaher divisions, beginning with its first acquisition within the past
five years, and it is now the #2 market share player globally.
As President of Gendex/Dexis from 2005 to 2007, Michael was responsible for the development of
strategic business and operations initiatives, organizational development and driving
market share leadership in the high growth digital imaging segment. |

Hector Calzado Jr. Director, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP in Atlanta, Georgia.
Hector G. Calzada is a Director in the
Valuation Practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) and
is a member of the organization’s Health Sciences and Government industry group.
Mr. Calzada has conducted and supervised assignments for mergers, acquisitions,
sell-side and buy-side advisory, joint ventures, equity syndications, restructuring, refinancing,
and tax planning.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Calzada worked as a senior vice president for a global investment
banking firm.
As a member of the firm’s Health Care Group, he coordinated national health care financial
advisory services efforts. He has significant experience in many health care and life sciences sectors. |

David L. Brown President, C.E.O. and Director,
National Dentex in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Brown joined National Dentex in 1984 as Vice President-Finance and
Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed President in 1999.
He is a past Chairman of the DTA.
Mr. Brown is a former director of the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation, the
National Association of Dental Laboratories and the Board of Fellows of the
Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
National Dentex Corporation serves more than 24,000 dentists through 47 dental laboratories
in 31 states and Canada.
National Dentex has been actively acquiring dental labs since 1992.
In four years, National Dentex completed a number of acquisitions totaling over
$33 million with plans to continue their acquisition program. |

George Benson
Operating Partner,
The Riverside Company in Cleveland, Ohio.
George Benson is an operating partner with The Riverside Company and is based in
Cleveland, Ohio.
Riverside has been very active in mergers and acquisitions in the dental industry for the
past ten years.
Prior to joining Riverside in 2008, George was an outside director for several of Riverside's
portfolio companies.
He served as an interim chief executive officer for a Riverside portfolio company.
George has extensive CEO experience, focusing on turning around restructured businesses
through his association with Benson and Associates.
George served as
President and CEO of Americus Dental Labs and Managed Healthcare Associates.
