To better monitor dealer activities, DTA Manufacturers can purchase the DASR data every month. The information will be available on-line to participating DTA manufacturers. DTA will also provide e-mail notification of dealers - flagged for unusual activity including liens, bankruptcy and changes in payment of outstanding invoices. (DTA will continue to provide the existing Domestic Dealer Account Status Report (DASR) each quarter)

Additional in-depth dealer profile reports are available for purchase. These reports highlight dealers in all 50 states. Information reflects recent dental and medical invoice activity. There are no minimum reports to buy. Purchases are on a volunteer basis. DTA members receive extra deep discounts on all credit reports

DTA in cooperation with Commercial Credit Reports, Inc. in San Diego, California will provide these updated and improved dealer credit reports each month. Getting started is easy. CCR has a simple spread sheet program that allows manufacturers to copy and paste information quickly.
